*Standard butcher fees included in initials costs are standard cuts, ground pork rolls or sausage rolls, packaging and processing. Smoking and curing is $1.35/lb extra.

***Hang weight does not equal the amount of meat received, this is prior to the fat, skin, head and feet being removed. You will receive roughly 65% of the hang weight in meat cuts. ****

HOW IT WORKS

Butcher drop off date is always on a Saturday. All unsmoked meat will be available for farm pick up/delivery the following Saturday. Three weeks after butcher drop off date smoked meats will be available for farm pick up/delivery. If you choose to have nothing smoked you will receive all your meat and optional items one week after butcher drop off date.

*All fees must be paid in full when meat is received, you must be available to receive the meat immediately after it is picked up from the butcher.
